First Step's Images of Christmas Project
This year First Step has undertaken a new project that is the first of its kind for the agency. As a way of supporting the idea of family this holiday season we have partnered with Prestige Portraits to offer complimentary professional family portraits to low income families in our service area. First Step converted our conference room into a portrait studio for one day and turned it over to the professional photographers from Prestige. The result is that we were able to offer an opportunity to First Step clients, as well as clients of our service partners, to capture their families in professional quality photographs. For First Step this project is important because it helps us give encouragement to families who might be going through tough times. In particular, it allows us to give them an image of themselves, happy and smiling, as a goal to continually aspire to. At First Step it is part of our mission to provide resources that enable happy and loving family relationships and we appreciate the partnership of our community in helping us make this a reality. |
