PASSAGES

PASSAGES is a psycho-educational program for men and women seeking to make changes in their personal life and relationships with others. It is an eight-week curriculum that is covered in twenty-four (24) two and one-half hour (2 hrs 30 min) group classes. The classes are held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday consecutively for the eight-week period. Both morning and evening groups are available throughout the year to accommodate work and school schedules. Individuals participating in the PASSAGES program will complete an intensive 24 sessions that help to develop comprehensive life skills and promote healthy choices. These 24 classes will provide instruction and discussion of Choice Theory/Reality Therapy and the tools to nurture a healthy lifestyle. Individuals will be provided with "hands on" and "how to" instruction about how to develop loving relationships with their partners, children, and all other significant relationships in their lives.

With the knowledge and application of the information from PASSAGES individuals can have an abuse-free, productive, and need-fulfilling lifestyle. PASSAGES can help the individual learn to make effective choices, understand why they make choices of behavior and understand the outcomes of chosen behavior. This information can empower an individual's self-worth, self-esteem, and self-regard, and replace destructive behaviors with constructive actions.
