Once again Graff Automall has donated a "Bluesmobile" for First Step's Soul Shine Blues Festival Raffle. This year's Bluesmobile is a 1992 Chevy Caprice, perfect for late night rides to local juke joints. Tickets for the Bluesmobile are available at First Step or at Graff Automall in Fostoria.
