Cell Phone Collection Drive

Donate cell phones for a good cause!

  • Have you recently changed your cell phones?
  • What did you do with your old cell phones?
  • Are they sitting in your home or office?
  • You can donate your old cell phones to FIRST STEP and help us raise funds to serve domestic violence victims, survivors, victims' families and the professionals who serve them.

How it works. It's simple and easy!

You can either bring your unwanted cell phones directly to us or send them with no cost of shipping to the recycling program. Here's how...

  • You can drop off your cell phone at any of our locations.

  • Organize your own collection drive! You can collect multiple cell phones in your area (neighborhood, church, workplace, friends and family gatherings, etc.). Then, contact us for pick up (Wood, Wyandot, Seneca, and Sandusky counties only) or ask us to send you free shipping labels to send directly to the recycling program to benefit FIRST STEP. Please contact to arrange pick up date or to receive free shipping labels. (Free shipping for ten or more phones.)

  • FIRST STEP welcomes participation from corporations in our cell phone collection drive. Why not designate a cell phone collection date and collect retired cell phones from your employees? FIRST STEP will pick up the phones (Wood, Wyandot, Seneca, and Sandusky counties only) or your corporation can send them directly to the recycling program at no cost. Please contact to arrange pick up date or to receive free shipping labels. (Free shipping for ten or more phones.)

FIRST STEP welcomes business owners' participation in our cell phone collection drive. Collect used cell phones from your customers and make your store a collection spot. We will pick up the phones regularly. (Wood, Wyandot, Seneca, and Sandusky counties only, for other areas, we will send you free shipping labels.) If interested, please contact us.
